Insurances Accepted at Avenue Smiles!

There are a lot of different types of dental insurance plans. At Avenue Smiles, We do our best to help you understand your insurance policy and work with it to find out the allowed annual maximum, any deductibles and eligibility for services. Also at Avenue Smiles, we will also submit all insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you are ultimately personally responsible for your account. Please remember that an insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company, not us.

Insurance policies change every year when contracts renew. This happens often without clear communication between the employer and employee. We encourage our patients to become familiar with their insurance coverage. At Avenue Smiles, we recommend that our patients take the time and understand which policy they are selecting during the Open Enrollment period and call us with any questions if they are certain. Changes in eligibility, maximums, or benefits could result in unexpected out of pocket costs. Ultimately, all charges for services are your financial responsibility should the insurance company not pay.

your maximum
your deductible
allowable procedures or age limitations on services
